Brisbane Entertainment Centre - Conventions and Exhibitions

  • The Centre provides an alternative venue for conventions, meetings and other events, particularly for those seeking a venue on the Northside or requiring a capacity of over 4,000 people.
  • Events have included the International Lions Conference and regular conventions for Jehovah’s Witness who host about 50,000 people over 6 days.
  • The Centre previously was the exhibition venue for Brisbane, prior to the development of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Hall was then converted to a Sports Hall to serve as a community sports centre for the local community.
